Who is Eligible for PM Awas Yojana 2026?
PMAY Gramin (Rural)
- ✅ Homeless or living in 0-1 room kutcha house
- ✅ SC/ST families without pucca house
- ✅ Female-headed household with no adult male
- ✅ Families with no earning member aged 16-59
PMAY Urban (EWS/LIG)
- ✅ EWS: Annual income up to ₹3 lakh — 6.5% subsidy on ₹6L loan
- ✅ LIG: Annual income ₹3-6 lakh — 6.5% subsidy on ₹6L loan
- ✅ MIG-I: Annual income ₹6-12 lakh — 4% subsidy on ₹9L loan
How to Check Name in PM Awas Yojana 2026 List
For Rural (PMAY-G)
- Go to pmayg.nic.in
- Click "Awaassoft" → "Report" → "Beneficiary Details"
- Select State, District, Block, Panchayat
- Your name appears if included in list
For Urban (PMAY-U)
- Go to pmaymis.gov.in
- Click "Citizen Assessment" → "Search Beneficiary"
- Enter Aadhaar number
- Your application and subsidy status appear
